I think Lindsay is struggling with that whole "not a girl, not yet a woman" syndrome (thanks Britney Spears for the line!). She doesn't seem to know how to handle presenting herself as a female who has just left her teen years behind and probably thinks the public will have trouble accepting her as a mature adult. Therefore, she goes too extreme and tries to push this maturation down our throats!!! I think she would be much more successful if she just let it be and transitioned gradually into more mature roles rather than leaving us all in disbelief with nothing to do but stand here with our mouths hanging open as we flip through a bunch of raunchy pictures! Slow down, Lindsay...we'll follow ya....

It's a good interview. And the quotes, taken in context, make sense and aren't too bad actually. Trust a Men's magazine to objectify the hell out of her by plastering the quotes next to her pictures.
