I just saw her Proactive (?) TV commercial for the first time; she looks great and does a very nice job...Is it safe to assume that it was shot a while ago? Those pictures and the girl in the comm'l look like different people...

Well I've looked closely at her arms and I don't see anything weird. She has a tattoo on her right arm but that's all you can see.
