I doubt it's what it looks like, the pictures look photoshopped to me. If you look at the second two, her neck is facing towards his left shoulder but then the way her hair is shows her head is facing completly the other way. It almost looks like she's discapitated if you look closley, I cant imagine how someone would bend their neck that way.
