I think she looked great in 2002, really radiant, but her hair was fairly blah. Like nita-karoliina says, she was pretty young back then, but I guess that's the danger of being in the public spotlight. I think the same when people criticise Miley Cyrus pouting etc, she's only young and living out her youth in front of the camera.
