I get what she is going for there, with the boho hat and top, but she needs some bottoms that actually look like she's wearing bottoms. The short shorts are lost under the top, and her legs, yeah, they look "pasty." I have nothing against a whiter shade of pale, but slightly longer shorts or a skirt or something would've worked better, imo.
