L'Occitane

^ Its possible. Either way rice is very gentle of an ingredient so I think this will be definitely better than lavender face products for oily/combo skin.

The Shea and Cotton line is. its noncosmedogenic, hypoallergenic, preservative and fragrance free. Its been doing wonders for my face so I definitely recommend it. Its so versatile. Im itchy for allergies it helped. My skin was flaring up- it calmed my blemishes. I got some sunburn on my nose- it stopped the sting and subsided it to disappearing and not peeling painfully. Its helped my skin adjust the the climate of Vegas. My skin still loves California and hates this dryness....

i bought Amber Eau De Toilette but i broke it  < thank god i used it to the half :p
i love it and i'll get one soon
and i'll try shea butter in the store

Its top note is cherry and if not mistaken it has rasberry or currants in the heart notes...it has 3 heart notes, I just cant remember and the base note is rosewood.

The Cherry (Fruity) EDT is

Top-Cherry
Heart-Rasberry, Bayrose, Peony
Base- Rosewood

no currants like I first thought.

i love their Grape Beauty Milk

Im a fan of Lavender handcream and verbena ice one for summer

I'm thinking about buying their face moisturizer (Olive series) with SPF. Have anyone tried using their face products? And if so how did you like it?

I tried my mom's lol but I didn't use it long enough to judge. I liked it though and my mom's crazy about that line anyway

Oh yes, I tried my friend's and liked it, but also not long enough to make my own judgement.

I have very sensitive skin and love L'occitane. I have never experienced any unwanted side effects, except maybe a little greasiness when I put on shea butter on my face... ugh, nevermind, I didn't know what I was doing

Somebody asked about the Organic Red Rice collection.

They have two introductory offers at the moment (in the UK): i) trial pack for £25 and ii) buy two products get toner for free.

Or just go to their boutique and ask for that specific sample when you're making your payment.

^ Well I found out that it is non-cosmedogenic so it wont add to it, but there isn't a specific ingredient in there made for reducing blackheads. It does smooth out and help balance out a oily face so as an after effect you could see them look minimized. Eventually there is a more permanent reduction in oil with consistent use. I've notice a good reduction on just using the mattifying face lotion with my other face products. Its been about 2 weeks of daily use.

With the almond apple you might get more blackhead reduction because it does refine and tighten pores....still again, kinda a aftereffect so if reducing blackheads is your main goal, get a pore/blackhead specific product to mix in.

I have a lot of customers raving about the olive stuff. I didn't get it. Then last week actually I decided to give myself a skincare treatment during a slow day at work and tried using the Olive Radiance Cream. It was wonderful. I did give the Daily Face SPF15 one a try too before, it is a nice consistency. A bit rich for my oily face at the time, but I do like the effect of olive on the skin in general- soft and my skin seems a bit more dewy. Since you have tried it and liked it with one application, try a second time and if you still like it I think its safe to say it suits you.

I was there yesterday, I wanted to buy new Cherry Blossom fragrance. And the SA told me that it's realesd today.
So, I went to L'Occitane today during the break and guess what: "Oh, no, it's comming tomorrow!" I was so disappointed and her attitude was totally inappropriate, she was rude actually and I'm regular costumer there.-_-
I tried Red Rice lotion, it's good.:woot: And my mum bought Immortelle Cream Mask, she has extremely dry skin, so she uses it instead of a day cream.
I filch it sometimes:blush:, I love it.

I have a bottle of some of their lotion...

And really, it's awful. Not moisturizing at all. Very water-based.
