oh london....there is just something about that city and its people. i wonder if there might be a chance that everyone gets stylish after a certain amount of time in london. can't wait i'm going there with my trés stylish friend in may. B)

Maybe I look in the strangest parts, but I dont see everyone in london as stylish, but I must admit, those old Russians in Moscow street playing chess, with their trendy get up's. Lovely

HAHA well no, not everyone who lives in London is that trendy or stylish it depends on what parts of London you're at.

and this is a girl who used to be my neighbour!!!
i cant belive how much she changed :woot:
My trip to London inspired me to buy my 3 Boogies. Now I'm addicted.

A while back I was at Harrods and stopped a woman, who had one, to ask her if it was practical. She proceeded to smile and open her bag. You should of seen how much stuff she had in there!!!

I so had to get one and I'm telling you right now, they not only look great but they hold a ton of things!

And whats new in London? In your opinion.
I've noticed fewer low (LOW) cut jeans. Its quite a releif.

to be honest its not like all of London carries this funky, sexy, new look-my hang out is the Kings Road, where a lot of people believe the epitomy of style is carrying some kind of logoed tote-mainly Gucci. Sometimes you get truly stylish Sloanes (girls who hang out in the kings road,chelsea-knightsbridge area) who dress really well, in a kind of boho chic way-think Sienna Miller. If you go to Camden of course everyone there will be a little more imaginative, since its known for being alternative-and its so cool that thry dress the way they want. But if you head more mainstream, like Oxford Circus, everyone wears a uniform of jeans, blazer and printed tee-it looks like a million Victoria Beckhams, and to be honest she doesn't have style, she just has a certain look. She's not a trendsetter, she's just extremely safe.

I know people who wear blazers, jeans and t-shirts and they look great. They dont wear it to look like Victoria Beckham. I couldnt care less what she wears :innocent: :flower:

I love the womens things but what about guys things?..I find that when I go to London my bf and the guys he hangs with are always so in oh so yummy outfits... I dunno but when I walked around shopping I found guys clothes interesting...

I'm not saying they all do it to look like her, i'm just saying some see a certain look and decide thats what they want to do, and then everyone does it, so then you get loads of clones. all im saying is that if you think london is full of individual dressers all over the place then thats wrong, since so many aren't.

London has its up's and its down. Some try too har to look fashionable but thats the case in most cities. Thing about London, is it varies so much from where you go. The walk from knightsbridge to Hyde park corner through the serpantine shows a little difference. Take a car to putney and you will notice a bigger change, its a lot more urban , and smokey.

The thing I like about London in general is that there is no major dress code. Its not very uniform. You can tell how uniform a city is by looking at the adolecants, and the kid's in London look good.

The only blemish is that in some places, people try too despirately to follow trend's, to play it safe.
I like London, for what it is. It's not drowning in haute couture, but it does have urban authencity, if you know what I mean.

Thanks for reading, sorry if it was a bit long winded.
