Louise Wellemeyer stands out from the crowd in a striking maxi-dress. "I found this in the Mango sale yesterday for £25, and thought it would be good to beat the heat in" she admitted. Teamed with her bright orange Hermès Birkin bag and red stripy Dior sunglasses, she looks the epitome of easy summer dressing.
We loved how Astri Henna, a student from Norway, had thrown together a colourful ensemble with splashes of pretty accessories, like the scarf on her vintage handbag. "It's my first day in England, and I am really enjoying this good weather" she revealed. With a warm, sunny welcome to London, Astri made a perfect girl-about-town in a lightweight denim dress and Havaiana flip-flops.
Eleanor Conlon, who was enjoying a day off work to meet her mother for lunch, made the most of the opportunity to don a pretty floral dress which she picked up in Debenhams. Contrasted with a navy cropped cardigan and Mulberry Roxanne, she looked the perfect lady-out-to-lunch. "My high heels are in my handbag" she sheepishly confessed "because it's much nicer to get around in flats in this hot weather."

Pearl, who was out on a shopping mission, was keeping cool whilst looking smart, too. An H&M dress nipped in with a belt from Miss Selfridge and gold gladiator sandals from Accessorize, were teamed with an elegant Jimmy Choo bag. Does she have her eye on anything in particular? "I'm all about open-toe pumps at the moment, or flat sandals" she said, and we agree.
Hannah Van den Brul succumbed to a heat-fuelled shopping moment yesterday. "I got this rather short shirt-style dress in Topshop, as it was so hot outside!" she said. A crochet waistcoat and leather satchel, both vintage, thrown over the top make her look really unique. The pumps are Topshop too. Any more spending on the cards? "No, I'm a student so I'm trying to avoid parting with any more money today" she said.
Student Phoebe Ellis-Rees was loving the weather as she dashed around on her adorable bike. To get her through the sunny spell and her forthcoming holiday she said: "I'm looking to get some 1930s style, high waisted, wide-fronted trousers, I think that's going to be my thing this summer." We thought she looked great in a battered pair of Nike trainers from Office, a body-con rose-printed skirt from Topshop, and bright neck scarf from Beyond Retro.

Venetia Falconer, a gap year student, was all set for a day out in the park as we spotted her beautiful lilac dress. "I am absolutely loving the weather, I am off to do some sunbathing" she said. Her ASOS dress, worn with a light cardigan from Gap, was offset with an oversized khaki Mulberry bag which she 'borrowed' from her sister.
Vanesa Vanselow showed off her tanned legs in short shorts from Topshop. The graphic-print T-shirt from Miss Sixty and small handbag from Mimco ensured she looked great for a day out shopping. "I'm just having a little look" she said.
We spotted Iryna Belskaya, a student who works in Zara, out window shopping. "My dress and bag are from Zara, as are most of my clothes" she said. Her kitten-heeled studded sandals, courtesy of New Look, created a sharp contrast to her pretty floral-print body-con dress.
Marissa McGarry, looked great in teeny tiny hot pants and an embellished waistcoat from Primark. "I've just come down from Edinburgh, where the weather is awful, so I'm enjoying wearing the summer clothes I've packed" she said.
