i also dont get what u want to do. if i want to copy an image from a web site, i just drag it out the window and that's it.

^try right click -> open picture in new tab. then copy the URL of the pic from the browser tab and you can use it to post the pic in a forum! probably not the most elegant way but it works

i still dont get.

if u post a pic here, u dont paste it, you link it, to paste just dont work to post picture on a forum, actualy when u think u past, u actualy just past the link, not the picture!

if u just want to copy a picture,i really dont see, how to drag a picture would not work if u want to paste it on your desk.

only problem i can imagine if nothing work, it is you try with a picture published with Flash.

There isn't a copy button. Do what the other poster said to do but instead of just copying and pasting the link, right click the image and copy the image URL and then paste it wherever. That should post the image without you having to save it on your MAC.

Actually to post a picture, at least here at tFS, you should first reupload it to a hoster, since hotlinking is against the guidelines.

i think you must obviously do something wrong.
for exemple when u say you can not drag a picture from a web page to your desk, this is just not "technically" possible that it does not work.

same if you post an image link. If you use the image code which is putted automatically anyway if u use the image link icon which is just at the top of the answer window in which you post.

maybe the most easy would be to ask somebody near you to show you how to do. Because all solutions possible has been posted already here, and all of them should work with no problem at all.

ok i figured out that the copy paste problem is with TFS only. it works fine when i do it on other forum and on my blog

i tried opening the link to the picture and posting and it didn t work all i get is the url of the picture.

Oh, now I see what you mean... you can make it work on tFS. Just go to your CP, click on Edit Options and choose "Enhanced Interface", like this.

Hm, I don't know. It works fine for me just changing that. What browser are you using? I'm on Firefox.
