I saw a man dressed in black leather pants, white shirt and red tie. I couldn't tell if he had his finger on the pulse of some kind of fashion or if the rest of his clothes were at the cleaners. At any rate, he didn't dress for the weather - it's supposed to go up to almost 90 degress here today....
