Aside from that, the styling is nicely cheeky and doesn’t take itself all too seriously— despite the individuals involved LOL: That brand of deadpan monotony spiked by the occasional Marcel Duchamp humour is… nice. And as predictable, tiresome as the overused irony of ridiculously-expensive designer clothes shown in the most mundane fashion (and that annoying contact sheet layout), it is something she’s/ they're good at. I like the late-90s Wallpaper-meets-Liz Bilberis’ Bazaar era-David Sims aesthetic mixed with a vintage-y feel for 2017 look of the art direction. It’s hilariously on-trend fashion-victmy at how anti-fashion in its presentation it attempts to be. But as a product, it works for me. Advertisers will be lining up to be in this.
