Matthew Williamson Pre-Fall 2010
I like the pics in post #1. They look nice.
I like Williamson's clothes, they have a very "cool" feel to them. But his collections always lack concentration; they always appear to be too broad. There is no specific attitude in his collections.
Perhaps this is a good thing for some people. I dunno, just my opinion.
it's actually a pretty nice collection.even if williamson collection now are starting to look all the same..(even though i like them..)
i liked him a lot before ss10 even fw09 was not fantastic
I'm not a fan of those knee length yellow and purple dresses in the 2nd post...if they look bad on Rosie I can't imagine who they'd look good on! All the long dresses are divine though.
I think as always a lot of Matthew signature, but that´s what i like about him. The long dresses are stunning. Very nice collection.
matthew williamson has taken a risk that has paid off BIG. while he has stepped outside of his comfort zone as a designer, this collection stands as one of his best fall -- forget pre-fall -- collections of all time. while some of those party dresses remain pretty standard matthew williamson fare, many of those jacketed looks would look soooooo good on so many women in the urban centers of this world.
whoa, it seems like a LOT of clothes...
^ That's my point, I can never understand what he's trying to project. Like is there a specific look he's going for or is it just a random jumble mish-mash of pretty clothes?
The last dress is amazing. I love the colors.
well yeah, not that bad
