i think below 4 points are big main issues

- Not learning from mistakes
- Spending budget in a FW25 fashion show when the Brand strategy should be set up first
- Being non receptive of market feedbacks
- Confirming a style direction that never worked only because it’s stylish

Disrupting the Brand DNA continuing to chase clients that are not interested in the brand
- Standing firm while one should be rethinking the whole strategy as quick as possible.
- Chairman not taking accountability of the problems of the business
- Investing too much in a CEO package
 
they definitely neglected their long time supporters with this younger collections. And it doesnt even set them apart, its just a poor copy of what's already around
 
Wow, must be the first time we see a CEO bringing a new designer with the suit being kicked out and the designer staying...Max should consider himself extremely lucky.
Again, the two biggest problems at the moment are the pricing and the design offering that alienated the conventional Ferragamo customer. If I want a copy from Phoebe / Loewe I want to pay at least 50% less than the original, not 20%...by that rate I directly go for the original

He is not lucky, he has some talent and some good press, the issue is between the runway and what comes on the store floor: pricing, availability, merchandising, marketing etc etc ,
It's an executive failure, not helped by how the company is structured.
 
There is and has been been a disconnect… It doesn’t even seem like Max is engaged with the Brand… Does he enjoy it? I can’t tell!! I rarely see him or hear from him… Max isn’t the issue… The issue is the business and its structure or lack there of… This we mentioned several times over… Until this is ironed out no matter what Max does it won’t garner the success or results they are looking for…
