^just the way i love them too. i have one,in the square-style,in that size i got from h&m a couple years ago and i love draping and wrapping it. but that blue print from this line is aeons bolder,imo.

i concur with wheneveriwake up...a diffusion line of a diffusion line is more than likely going to lose sight of the designer's vision. however, i AM excited for matthew williamson for h&m launching at the end of may (the 28th i think....it might be written on my calendar )

A note on sizing:

i got a few items already thanks to a kind friend that went to the McQ Market in NY.

I got the zip leggings in black for 29.99. they are basic cotton leggings with a hint of sheen to them and zippers on the side. pretty similar in quality to what you'd get at american apparel. (does AA sell zippered leggings? im not sure) i am a size 6 and the size small leggings fit fine.

I also got the zig-zag dress in black/grey for 69.99 in a size 5. i really liked the dress, but it wouldnt zip up all the way. im going to have to size up to a size 7. i wore a thin black short sleeve shirt underneath the dress and black leggings underneath it. the dress is really useful. i think i can wear it year round. if im able to order the size 7 online at target i can simply return the size 5 easy-peasy and use the same receipt.

ive heard the black trench runs true to size.

i only got those two things. didnt want to bug my friend too much. (i think she was shopping for a lot of other people as well)

so my remaining list of things to get is:
the tattoo dress
the tattoo scarf
the tiger scarf
the trench
and a larger size version of the zig zag dress.

im a teensy bit iffy on the leather jacket. maybe if i can get it with the standard 10% off code...

also for the people in LA im pretty sure the west hollywood target will have this, as well as the topanga mall. but you'll probably have to sleep outside to get anything. i usually come back after a few weeks when people have returned everything they couldn't sell off on ebay

Personally I don't think people will sleep over to get this stuff. I don't even think there will be a line. Its a weekday people work! By night time though it will be sold out I am sure. People are not about to take off work to go to Target.

well,there were a lot of people that suspected the same of the comme for H&M but look how fanatical that turned out. i mean there were people fighting over that stuff who didn't even know anything about CdG!! maybe it won't be quite the same fanaticism given its only McQ and not the same approach as Alexander McQueen but i still think people will be there in lines,grabbing everything just because it is the man.
