I'm going to have to have a thorough look at this thread becaue there is so many looks Zimbio didn't have!

Rihanna was another best dressed IMO!

Best Dressed

1. Natasha Poly
2. Rihanna
3. Zendaya
4. Fan Bingbing
5. Amal Alamuddin Clooney

Honorable Mentions
Jamie Bochert and Xiao. Not in theme at all but they both pulled off Marc Jacobs so effortlessly and cool

The models always look best in this gala, i particularly like Lily. Topshop was on fire.
But for me the best dressed was without a doubt Fan Bingbing.

Rihanna is just beyond description, it reached a level of attention seeking and WTF off the chart, but because it must have pissed off the trinity of the butts, long may she rein. And the memes are amazing.

I think alot of them did the "theme" really well. That Imperial Oriental look. But then some of them just didn't try at all. Some of them had the wrong colours too. I think the colour pink should have been left at home.

I think black, white, and grey should have been left at home. Aren't those considered mourning colors?

My favorites (in no particular order): Emily Blunt, Ashley Olsen, Carey Mulligan, Sarah Jessica Parker and Alexa Chung

Is it just me or was the guest list a bit.. off this year? It seemed to be missing a few fashion a-listers

I've noticed that for a while now. Cannot say how much I missed my Hollywood 00's A-listers; Nicole K, Renee Z, Cate B, Gwyneth P, Drew. Also where was Dita v Teese, Sandra B and Keira K? It just feels like the event is slowly losing it's prestige. It's all these pop tarts and tv people. I was dissapointed by the Chinese celebs as well. Only Zhang Ziyi, Fan BB, Gong Li and Liu Wen turned heads, the rest were so off the mark. I mean Tang Wei in Burberry? Such a basic look. All of the Chinese actresses who attented appeared in at least one or more historical films, so it baffles me that the theme went over their heads.

^Keira looks like she might go into labor at any time. I understand why she didn't feel like going all the way to NY... ;)
