There's no denying this doesn't compliment the collection. However I don't rate Hailee, or Bruce Weber. That could be Naomi Campbell standing there, and I wouldn't be enlightened.

I was totally thinking this looked like a TopShop or Pepe Jeans campaign.

I like it, it's much better than I expected. But it's definitely not amazing so far.

I'm not a huge fun of it, but I can say I like it. I think they should choose a different model, maybe Barbara Palvin...she's also very young, but looks older because of her body which is extremely sexy <3

Very old-school Miu Miu. That shot could very easily be the continuation of their F/W 03 or S/S 04 ads, and also slightly reminiscent of the ones shot by Anders Edstrom. It's the Italian Miu Miu that I loved . The rest is promising and I'm sure it will not disappoint just because the location picked for this and the natural atmosphere is already an improvement after all the abuse of color, the plastic aesthetic and the extreme emphasis on faces.

boring! most campaigns of miu miu have a young playful feel about them, this looks like a little girl from a film wearing old women clothes
it's a very restrained campaign in my opinion
also the lettering fades and the flare at the left side of the photo looks kind of fake (unless it's an effect of scanning)

This is absolutely fantastic. I think the change in photographer is sensational. I would have never put Bruce Weber with Miu Miu together, but the result is so refreshing. I adore the outdoor setting...the dried grass, the weathered wooden post, rusted sign and the train tracks in the background give the ad a sense of nostalgia. I also love that Hailee is not posing...she's just standing there. It looks great. I've loved what M&M have done for Miu Miu in the past, but this is a great new direction and I hope that it's more than a one season blip!

I liked Mert and Marcus's work, but change is good sometimes. Great in this case. It reminds me of some older Miu Miu campaigns as well. And it's the exact kind of thing I like from Bruce Weber.
First campaing I fall completely in love this season.

When I read Weber's name I thought "oh no" but I actually love the result. It reminds me of the older Miu Miu ads; the sort of melancholic feel they had to them is present here.

Completely agree. I also wanna add that I love that the ad campaign wasn't shot in a studio.
