I read somewhere that Erin O'Connor was studying ballet which helped her walk in heels. It didn't surprise me as she was is graceful.

And, capoeira is the only traditionally Brazilian martial art (as far as I know, at least) and very popular now, so I'm pretty sure that's what it is...

Capoeira is mix of fighting and dancing techniques. But, I never said it made her a dancer.
