That's possible that Naty's 174/5'8 if she was the same height as Cato. But that's still strange that she's shorter than Eniko even weraing heels, cause Eniko's 178/5'10 if I remember well so it shouldn't be such a difference

5'8 = 173 (because 5'8''5 = 174 . 5'9 =175 ..)
I think naty and cato are 1.73/8'5
because when cato was ''more young'' . i mean 3 years ago when she started her career in 2005 she was 1.72,72 (a bit less than 5'8) and she was 15 o 16..

Im sorry to break it to you, but most girls don't really grow after 16. It's rare.

Its called, when the model gets more "famous" or well known, the agency has the ability to bump the height, making her appeal more to clients without having to wrry about their reaction because shes pretty much established.

Like how people still think kate moss is 5'8" when is reality shes barely 5'5"/165cm
They say "when she started she was 5'6"" well no, she never grew and was never that to begin with...

Its all very fickle. rather amusing

I wouldn't call it rare. It is true that girls grow faster than boys and thus stop earlier. But rare is like one in a million.

I havent grown since i was about 13. I'm 5'8 and i model which is very difficult sometimes at the height but i dont let it affect the amount of jobs i get. The perfect height for me would be 5'10.

For some reason, I get the feeling that VS is more concerned about other assests...

Selita Ebanks is pretty short too I believe. I think I read on their website a few months back that she was listed as 5'7"-5'8".

in my family girls grow until they're about 25, but the boys stop at 18. everyone is different

very true. there isnt just one rule to growth... i dont even think time of spurt is hereditary

genetics play a huge factor in your height and when you hit a growth spurt which is usually around puberty, but it also depends on a lot of other factors.

I think everyone mis understood me. Its just uncommon, like I said, and a little "odd" that every girl they signed somehow hit a growth spurt at exactly the right moment. It could happen but I highly doubt agencies have the potential to notice a girl with a potential second growth spurt

Often they will sign a very young girl, hoping she'll grow an inch or two. If that's not the case though, they'll bump her height up.

btw, I found a vid (I'm sure I posted it somewhere before but dunno if it was in this thread) anyways: you can see very good in this that Ali M. is defenitely shorter than the other girls - and I doubt that they're all in heels except her (she appears around 0:15 only for a second, but you can really see the height-difference)
