 I'v never been to Milano only Firenze.............sorry

What about the chain of Premium Outlet in US? I have found some nice Armani and La Perla things in Orlando but did not bother even to go in Atlanta, as the store listing was not interesting.

i heard that the one in tuscany is pretty much worth the trip... i have a friend that lives there and she said that u could find really nice things at good prices.. :p and i heard theres one in switzerland.. called foxtownn prices are supposed to be really good..and the things arnt bad either.. milan outlets on the other hand are really bad and the prices are way over priced :p i speak from experience :) hope i helped

There's a few outlet malls in the Seattle area but I haven't been in ages. There's one that has a lot of the typical stuff but it has a good Liz Clairborne although no real designers. There's the other outlet mall in Marysville which has BCBG, Burberry, Adrienne Vittadini, among others.

Nordstrom Rack has had good things almost every time-like Coach and Dior shades for $50, as well as Carlos Santana shoes and various other things. It's better than a TJ Maxx as some of the stuff I've found there is pretty bad. I always find something good at the Rack though.

camarillo outlet is my favorite. there are better malls, but they are waaaaaaaay to far from my house. if i ever get anything with a "name" attached to it, its from the outlets

camarillo is like 45 minutes from the san fernando valley

anyway, they have a barney, a saks, a besty johnson, a coach, a hugo boss, a bcbg, american apparel, and a cole haan. they just shut down dkny and versace, but no one shopped their anyway. dkny was basically the regular store, and versace is just tacky

anyway, off saks is good, but you have to dig a lot. they have the most marc jacobs bags youve ever seen, and in all desirable styles. the barneys mostly sells barneys label, but they always have a couple racks with other names on it. ive seen random helmut lang, lanvin, balenciaga and marc jacobs (not marc by marc) clothing there, but its always the odd piece. they also have some louboutins but in weird sizes. i also saw the ugliest bright orange neon balenciaga motorcycle clutchy thing there once, and i was surprised since i thought that bag in all colors was totally wanted

anyway, its always fun. i rarely leave without something.

I don't dislike Woodbury Commons but I live very close so it's never a bother for me to drive there. The American Apparel outlet is awesome -- I've gotten amazing deals there, like a pink highlighter tee months before they started selling them online/in other stores. The Barneys outlet is excellent as well for Marc by Marc Jacobs, good deals on handbags. The best day to go is Tuesday, when they restock from the weekend rush.

I always find that the stuff they sell in outlets is all the crap they can not shift in sales. I know someone who is a mangeress of a shop in a outlet village and she said the outlets buy in cheap horrible clothes espesially to sell in them. From what i can gather from your posts this is not the case in the usa, lucky you. There is a tk maxx near by has some ok things like i got some cheap ck underwear from there buts thats all ive ever managed to find.

Well, that is often the case here as well. Although sometimes it's not so bad ... Escada specifically produces more basic, less expensive stuff for its outlets, and I have a pair of jeans/slacks I got there that were very nice quality, with none of the "foof" that might have kept me from buying regular Escada.

I haven't been to an outlet in ages, but I remember there being lots of seconds--really have to watch for holes and things at TJ Maxx.

Actually, I found many great deals at outlet centers. Such as some basic white ribbed shirts at PRADA for $25!! I also found a MIU MIU leather belt for $45 bucks. A pair of $670 loafers for $199 and so on...

Unfortunately, the PRADA outlet at Woodbury Commons is mediocre compared to the location in Cabazon, CA's Desert Hill Premium Outlets. I wouldn't suggest going to Woodbury anyways, unless you go off season and when their new shipments arrive, early in the morning.

Desert Hills Premium Outlet is way better, I think, than Woodbury Commons.

here is a list of stores:

I tend to have much luck in outlets.. for I know it's hard to find "good stuff". But there's always SOMETHING worth buying for me.

or maybe I just can't resist going home empty handed. haha
