I do think that Angelina is one of the most beautiful people, but like any of these lists, number one and a lot of it just about whoever had the most buzz this year.

Yeah the site I found this on said 2006 but I just watched E News and they said that Marcia Cross, George Clooney, Keira Knightley and Lindsay Lohan are on the list...Jessica Alba too. Sorry guys! I was fooled.

The pillow-lipped actress graces the cover of People's "100 Most Beautiful People" issue, on newsstands Friday. It's her fourth time on the list, but first as cover girl. "She looks the most beautiful when she's in the field — natural, no makeup, nothing," the magazine quotes musician Wyclef Jean, who worked with Jolie on a relief effort in Haiti. "Because you see Angelina, the angel. It doesn't get any better than that." The magazine didn't forget her boyfriend Brad Pitt, or her two children, either. People named the globe-trotting Jolie-Pitt clan the "World's Most Beautiful Family." The world may have to wait several more weeks for the arrival of the Brangelina offspring: Jolie told NBC News that she is shy of eight months pregnant, according to MSNBC's web site. Wow, this response shocks me. I'm not the biggest Angelina fan, but I feel that she is the one true person that is using their celebrity for something good. She really actually knows what she's talking about and has done her research. She is actively trying to get every child an education... more than our own President is doing. I really commend her for it.

Now Jessica Simpson and her 'Smile' charity (or whatever it is) is a different story. I'm sure Jessica truely wants to help those children while she's in their country seeing them suffer... But once she gets back home I'm sure she's catapolted right back into the popularity contest of being the Hollywood 'it' girl.

Some facts to correct:

Penelope Cruz is in this year's list.

So is Reese Witherspoon.

So everyone calm down.

As for Angelina Jolie, she is one of the few celebs who actually go into the field and see it all first-hand, not like, say, Sharon Stone who does her far less grubby work strictly for the photo ops. Jolie also donates a third of her income to charity which is far more than most celebs do.

There are a lot of celebs who just do mouth service for charity but AJ isnt one of them.
