Ale - I agree... Jay's a total a$$! Every interview I've seen him in thus far he's been way too big for his britches (so to speak )

And agreed about Zulema as well. Part of the prize is a mentorship with Banana Republic and she threw such a stink about designing the dress for them... it being "so far" from her. Ah well... karma's a b*tch

Just curious, but why does everyone say Zulema is a b*tch? I mean she had the right to choose whatever model she wanted. Its a competition so she played to win. Its not like they are all in the same clique in highschool for god's sake. Zulema even said it wasn't personal, it was business. She had a crappy model and she changed her for a better one. So what? Get over it!

I thought Nick was being way too thin skinned about the whole thing. Pick youself up and dust yourself off. If he can't take people who play hardball he should not be in the fashion industry that's for sure!

I also thought it was crummy that everyone shunned Zulema and wouldn't even say good by to her properly...almost no one gave her a hug except for Chloe. I think if anyone else had pulled that stunt...for example even Chloe herself, people would be supporting her competitive-take-no-prisoners edge. But when Zulema did it everyone was so quick to $#@8 on her. Its like they were all just waiting for her to mess up.

I thought Andre's dress was much prettier than Daniel's design. And overall its not that hard to take a beautiful orchid and make a creamy bouse that is reminiscent of it. Its much harder to design dirty water... IMHO

Is Nick's model going to go home next week!?! I mean.. Nick's old model... Zulema picked her... Zulema's out... Daniel V. probably won't choose someone else over his current model..

Looks like one of the best models might be going home next week.

I would have liked Daniel's outfit more if it wasn't so inflated. The top had so much air in it that it made his model very top heavy.

I don't like Nicks designs whatsoever. As someone pointed out earlier, they are very "prom", with all those fishtail gowns. I totally agreed with Tim, he needs to BE MORE AMBITIOUS and step out of his comfort zone. Why not explore new things? That's kind of why you're on PR

Also I thought his whining about his model problems was such bullcrap. If he can't look inside of himself for inspriation and has to depend on another person to inspire him, theres no way he'll actually make it as a designer.

Right now I'm rooting for Dan V. I've hearted him from the beginning. I also think Chloe will be in the final three, but I personally don't like her stuff. It's all very "pretty" and simple, not too many new things here. Also it reminds me of Ella Moss stuff which is just kind of boring. I have a hunch that like Austin Scarlett in season one, Santino will be kept right up until the final four. Producers are obviously keeping him for dramatic purposes

She's not a b*tch, she's just over-confident. Forget Santino, he's got nothing on Zulema. I espacilly liked the part when she said, "I don't know hot to put a garment together unproperly, I only know how to put it together properly." Talk about karma.

Nick, I love him but why was he acting like a four year old?

Chloe- This is the first time that I have liked something that she has created. Thanks to Tim Gunn who suggested she push the enevlope more, because I was going to die if she made another outfit in light blue.

Santino- What is up with him? He went from being IMO, the best, to being the worst. The skating outfit was horrible, and as soon as his model came out for this competion, I was like, "Why is Austin's Grammy dress on this season and what did he do to it?" At least he toned it down, but he needs to get back in the game.

Kara- YAWN.

Andre- Good but I still think he's crazy.

Daniel V.- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE HIM!!!

I think what Zulema did was fine, I mean, if her model can't walk, why the hell should she keep her? So that she didn't hurt anyone's feelings? Nick should have gotten over it.

And I don't think she should have been kicked off, because Kara's design sucks butt.

I liked Chloe's design the best, and Andre's 2nd best. I didn't like Daniel's one at all, it made his model look top heavy.

Last season the designers were changing models all the time, just to try
new looks...so why such a surprise when zulema did it. I agree she has a very hard edge to her...but certainly no more so than santino.

Even Chloe made criticisms of other designers...
From this group, I choose Dan V, Chloe, and either Nick or Andre for the final.

Andrae impressed me with his gutter water design...until that, I thought he had no right to be in this competition.

I agree with what someone else here wrote about chloe, some of her designs do tend to be a little too "pretty" or I'll say predictable....but overall she comes up with the best most consistent work. Well except for last night...definetly not my favorite, looked like ribbons round the models waist.

I loved daniel's orchid inspired top. To me it seemed obvious that it was blouson and not a top heavy model -- you can tell by the way the fabric moves.

As for Jay, I imagine him as a has been...a guy who 5 years from now will still be going around like an ***hole telling everyone he's jay from project runway.

Chloe and Daniel have the longevity to make it as mature designers.

you're so right.. i never saw zulema as the "bad guy" what she did is totally acceptable.. its ok to be angry if you love nick but i mean... no biggie...

and i agree 100% on that too! i didnt like at all daniels design... it was creative and well made,,, but not pretty.. i dont think anyone would ever see it and say "oh i want to buy it!" or "i want to put it on".. andre's was gorgeous!

santino, i dont know why he is still there,,, i mean i know all about the "drama and fun" he brings to the show.. but... he is awful,,, he´s getting worse with time in his designs... he should be OUT!

Also, I dont agree with the way the judges are voting, its contradictory. Although emmett is not talented at all, his ballerina dress was pretty accurate and weareable, but he was not too innovative. For the opposite reason guadalupe was eliminated. Her dress was way too "innovative" and off-topic. I think zulemas outfits were all very badly achieved, specially the one that won, u guys should check the pics and see how badly sewn the skirt is.

This is exactly the type of fodder that plays into the public's image of the industry. It's slapdash, cut and paste design. The winning designers will not attain some glorified position in fashion history because it was a three legged race. Messy. They will probably end up overworked designer-"merchandisers" for 7th Avenue because they hold up well under pressure (read, act like divas).
Giving fashion a BAD name.

At least, eventhough it was very literal, Kara's design was somewhat inspired overall. Zulema's on the other hand was just some ethnic fabric that she cut up and half-***ed sewed.

I so agree with you on that. The top part was nice but the skirt was all poofy and stuff.....I kinda didn't mind that she left in fact I don't mind if all of them leave! This whole seasons been Bunk to me. I miss Kara Suan and all of her designs she never failed at rising to the challege....accept when she lost.....that sucked and I'm tired of micheal Kors and his stupid puns for the reasons he didn't like something. Oh if someone could make something good for once!

Im getting really tired of seeing the Chole Blue......she needs to reach out into other colors.

Daniel V is strong from week to week, but Nick is still my favorite.

I found it surprising that Kara didnt go. Her dress was no where near what her picture was.

I think it's boring that Zulema's inspiration for clothes....was well....clothes. And really all she took from that outfit was the red coloring.

I think that Daniel V will stay with his model, which means that Nick's old model...is it Tarrah?...will be going. And Nick will be stuck with the "elongated marshmallow"

I agree that Nick shouldn't have acted in the manner that he did, because designers lose models all the time. And i mean, you're not paying for them, they are yours by chance. But i do agree that the one Zulema had was an elongated marshmellow that really didn't walk. I wish I could have seen this model's face when she saw last nights episode. She must have been mortified that Tim was making such an *** of her.

I think Nick needs to stop making fishtail designs. They DONT move well when the model walks they kind of snap out and it just doesn't look good.

Santino should have gone home a long time ago. The man can't design sh*t. I feel bad for any woman that puts on one of his ill fitting in the bust dresses and goes out in public. If you noticed the one from this week, the trim was not even on both sides and looked horrendous.

Zulema took a risk taking a picture of a women wearing clothing. Right then you knew all she was going to do was make something red and say it was "ethnic"

Kara..very simple...too simple

Daniel- I liked his, but when i first saw it come down the runway, i could only think of the judge's comments on Daniel Franco's first dress with the bust fitting wierd. Daniel V. could have made it better if it was tighter fitting but kept the wide billowing collar.

Andrae- i really dont understand Heidi's reasoning for saying that his dress looked expensive. It looked OK but the piece of "water" cloth that was twisted down the center made it look cheap I thought.

Chloe- the next time they go to the fabric store, they should inform chloe that she is not allowed to go anywhere NEAR the color blue. She has great, pradaesque simple, elegant designs, but they are ALL BLUE. I understand the picture that she took has blue-ish windows and that tint, but honestly.
