Daniel's exit was most definitely a travesty -- but I think he'll go far in the industry. Or at least, I hope very much so that he does.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who suspects that producers wanted Santino's continuous presence on the show just for his personality nowadays and played a part in the elimination process...

I agree! I finally watched all four episodes, and when Daniel left it was so unfair. I would have worn on of those lacy pieces, they didn't look too matronly to me. He is so cute!

I still like Santino.

He was rude to Nina, but it's a design competition not a personality competiton. If it were the latter, Santino would undoubtly fail.

At least Daniel F. left on a good note. Though I didn't think he sould have left.

Diana's collection was horrible, IMO. It looked more like swimsuits. Then Marla could have left, considering she lacks advanced sewing skills.

I don't know what Marta is doing there in the first place!! She's old, she's self-taught (and I mean what was she thinking while signing herself up for the show not knowing how to even drape??! Didn't someone warn her that its not a kindergarden??!

I found it funny that in the previews for the next episode, they show the 'socialite' they are going to be designing for in an awful pink cardigan with big buttons. What kind of socialite wears something like that???

I assume the producers feel that they need to have an older, more provincial and somewhat unacomplished woman on the show as someone the middle american female television watchers can identify with.
They probably think that not everyone identifies with the ambitious gays who are currently in the lead in the competition and they probably feel they need to keep Marta on for a while at least to keep the interest of a certain demographic. They had an old self taught with poor taste on until the very end last season.

Hearing about Santino must be annoying by now, but his designs are overrated. I thought his first design(the babydoll) was great, but he's getting too much praise now. Him winning the first challenge gave him this superior feeling over everyone else. Sort of like he got a head start in a race.

i think santino's designs are great (except for the lingerie - that set stunk)

I was upset that Daniel F had to go =( I liked his lingerie collection! And I think he has the best attitude...Such a sweet guy.

I don't know why Daniel V won the lingerie challenge...=\ His line was sooo sooo plain! Looks like you can buy it at any Victoria Secret.... I liked Diana's and Daniel F's the best.

I actually hated all of their collections. No one really shows any mastery or insight in design and sewing. I would have liked to have seen what chloe and even zulema would have done. I sketched out my own 3 looks if I was on this show. I should post them.

Guys Im a bit dissapointed that Daniel Franco was cut off. He signed up twice for PR and I was hoping to see him go to Olympus Fashion Week. He had potential but had a bad way of getting thingss done late but WTF anyone gets paranoid if you got only 16 hourse to do a garment. I was hoping to see Santino go(i know a few may disagree) due to his lack of professionalism towards the judges. Daniel V's designs werent flaherting to be known as lingerie. it was basic clothing the only lingerie I saw was the satin corset. Santino like designer should have taken the critisism instead of flippin and blaming Emmet. Here are Daniels V's designs and Santino's.... Daniel hope u make it big one day sexy!!!

Santinos(more like bakery cupcakes.

Diana(The one who should have won)sexy. new and stylish.
