She always looks like she's desperate to do a number two whenever she's posing. As somebody else noted, her feet always look steep in heels. It looks very odd!

I agree (I was she who said her feet always look steep in heels ). I don't think her pose looks too bad on this cover, but the paps always seem to capture the most unflattering facial expressions when she's posing on the red carpet, yet in films I think she's quite pretty - not classically beautiful, but she's quite distinctive.
