I think I saw him in Toronto crossing the street. It was definitely his dog - the dog has an odd colour so it's hard to miss - but he was so cute (the dog). I couldn't see the face of the guy in the baseball cap holding the leash - he was stopped at the lights. But he seemed shorter than what I would expect rob to be. I noticed other people were looking his way - so it must have been him. I would never approach him!

Aww it's so nice you didn't do anything. Not bothering him may be the best present fan can give him. But it's funny how he gets easily recognized more since he has a very distinguish dog.
