I'm glad that Theyskens has toned down the frou frou frills and given us something with a little more edge. I actually agree with Sarah Mower's assessment - in that Theyskens has not lost sight of either realism nor romanticism. I was just thinking to myself that it was precisely romantic in a pragmatic way. For that I quite like this. It's not blow-your-mind-beautiful but it definitely has grit.
