I have run intervals lately, they really make difference!
Has anyone else miCoach or any other support systems such as heart rate motitors? I bought miCoach because I hoped it will support and motivate me, and even if it has many flaws, I have run 3 times a week according my plan, so it kind of works.

. That's exactly the thing about jogging to music, the lyrics and the beat can inspire you so much. I recently added Bohemian like you by the Dandy Warhols to my run playlist, and it works great in the middle of my run.
Also, music makes it a lot easier (for me at least!).
