That poor girl.. you wouldn't need to be tipsy to fall over in those things! Mind you, if she were tipsy, those shots would be showing the end of her catwalk career..

A model at the Dior Cruise RTW Show at 7 World Trade Center is helped down the runway after her broken shoe made it impossible to walk on her own. The model did fall down, but was not hurt, and received loud cheers when she made her encore walk arm in arm with two other models.

This must be one of the worst mishaps ever.. The pictures don't even make me laugh (but still they're fascinating to look at ) as I feel so sorry for that girl.
