I just thought of something while I was watching a show. Some runways are elevated from the floor of the venue, perhaps by 50 cm or so. Has it ever happened that someone has actually fallen off the runway and into the surrounding crowd below?

I know that Janice Dickinson yuk did once at Valentino, many years ago. She was drunk on champagne and fell in Sophia Loren's lap .
