Why are you all so grossed out by Carmen's hair? It's barely noticeable unless you zoom in in a HQ picture.
I understand that unshaved armpits are gross, because major perspiration takes place there and germs and bacteria can accumulate in the hair... but what about the legs? I would really appreciate it if someone can explain why people find Carmen's legs disgusting. I'm curious to know how this notion developed.

^I think its because its not very feminine and when you touch hairy legs its not soft and smooth. Plus it looks likes she doesn't take care of herself.
And it's not visualy pretty.

The word disgusting, I think, explain mostly the fact that it's not womanly at all.

Wow, I think you guys are overreacting. We grow hair. Is it really that big of a deal? She gets work, so obviously it doesn't bother everyone the way it bothers some of you. That being said, I do not like hairy legs, but I don't think because she doesn't (or didn't shave) makes her unsanitary.

Someone mentioned armpits and germs but no one said that she was unsanitary because of her legs.

I think the reason it is bringing out a lot of comments is because she is a high fashion model. You except high standards and looks (which includes shaved legs).

For anyone else I don't think it is a big deal if you don't get around to shaving your legs - but if you are being paid big dollars to well................

Thank you all for your input. Leg hair doesn't bother me since nobody I know bothers shaving their legs, but then that's because we have fine leg hair and/or born without leg hair. And I heard that the more you shave your legs, the coarser and faster the hair grows... so this seems like a solid reason not to shave (in Carmen's case).
