KK's mishap is most likely scripted... probably inspired by Poly's (real) mishap in the previous year.

I was thinking the same thing, that's why they put so much emphasis in that like "My shoe is open, my shoe is open" I bet she was practicing that "mistake" all night! TOTTALY PLANNED

Either it was just riding up her bum, and someone had to yank it down as you saw in the pic, or she had a wedgie and someone was yanking it out. Either way, yanking occurred.

I know, That's VS people's fault, I just think KK was like "Ok, I'll do it, If Gisele doesnt want to do it!!" but everything was just to get attention.
first, emphasis on the backstage about the shoe open, then camara placed exactly in the shoe, Heather Marks commenting the "Mishap", the lyrics of the music, and why he walks like nothing happend when the shoe opened??? how many times we have seen models with the shoe open and they walk all runway and the shoe keeps in the foot??
Anyway! VS we are not stupid, THAT WAS FAKE!!!

Ugh thats so annoying of KK and VS !! KK was speaking about the incident in VS07 introduction video also, sooo much attention. Just think of my dear Poly how she pulled it off at VS05, but no-one made a fuss about that.
