I've managed to stumble in flats before. Sometimes your foot just scuffs the ground and you end up tripping over nothing.

yeah the slippery, muddy runway at DSquared2 looked quite difficult for the models, I expected someone to fall There were probably a few mishaps, but I noticed Arizona and the model beside her had a little clash in the finale

I missed Hanne Gaby's fall! The muddy runway and the high heeled wellies weren't the best of ideas, but it was kind of fun. Plus, people do trip and fall at festivals all the time so I guess it suits the theme of the show
