I am probably the only one who noticed this... its very small... but if you watch the Galliano fw 2004 runway video, you would notice one of the models' arms flail in the background as she attempts to step over a large gown.

I'm not sure which moment you are referring to, but if it's Raquel walking back and passing Nadejda... she nearly had to jump over her dress, because it was covering the entire runway. I have a pic of it somewhere actually. Also, Hana fell flatfaced in that show and Adrijana tripped over her dress.
