Yeah its a tag on the gstring that you can see, It really stands out!
I know that its catherine Mcneil, but it would be someone careless at Ungaro who didnt pick up that the underwear was a bad choice!

Yeah you are probably right, but its not meant to be visable through the outfits. Thats why the models never wear bra's because it apparently interfers with the line and shape of the clothes.
I know this isnt really a mishap, I just find it amusing that the tag is so visbale through the material.
