Joan - Karmen sounds like a killer combo to me Both epitomize what the brand stands for.

As for Ginta and Abbey for Versace, I think it was to be expected. Not that it particularly thrills me though. I've been over Ginta since her disastrous opening at the very last Versace show, and even though Abbey is an okay choice, I had my hopes up for a couple other girls. Here's hoping the third model will make up for this not-so-promising cast.

When I read your comment about Ginta, I thought I must have forgot that she fell over or something but I watched the vid. back and she was fine...there was some hideous walks just after her.
Seems like the Versace woman is changing lately and Ginta seems to be part of Donatella's vision for right now and the future. Abbey Lee is fine also, but I wouldn't want Suvi to be part of the cast....I just can't see it.

The Gucci casting is inspired.......a girls who has done it before (Joan), a girl who should have done it already (Karmen) and a girl who is brand new to the brand (Hailey). Looking forward to seeing the outcome if these are the chosen girls. Thanks for the info.

I think, i will love to see Abbey and Suvi for Versace, both very sexy, sophisticated girls - but Ginta, seriously? She's a sweet birdie, okay for Miu Miu but not that cool for such a "cosmo beauty" advertisement campaign like Versace. Nevertheless, she's always been awesome in print, so she won't ruin the s/s11 imagery.

We should keep an eye on that Melodie girl at Wilhelmina this season. Also Keke Lindgard shot big campaign, already.

The Versace cast doesn't excite me...at all. Come on, Ginta? I don't have a problem with her. It's just that she doesn't have the appeal of a Versace woman IMO. Well, I just hope that it will not be disappointing as Versace campaigns have been kind of a let down for how many seasons now.

A little bit anxious about the Gucci casting. What happened to the contract that Natasha signed for Gucci?

Versace sounds so intriguing. I'm as far away as you can get from being a Suvi fan, but I have to admit that she always turns it out in print. Pairing her with Abbey and Ginta has the potential to be brilliant.

I actually don't mind Abbey and Ginta on Versace campaign but I'm super excited about Suvi...she's gonna rock it for sho!
