It really sucks that Gwyneth got the cover of HArper's, SJP is on Vogue and Fergie (talk about yuck) has Elle.
So she won't be on any cover promoting Iron Man 2!

It's rather sad actually because I was even hoping for Marie Claire but that went to Jessica Simpson... maybe she will be on Allure or Instyle^_^

^You're right there is still Instyle and Allure. Alas we have hope. I have total Scarlett withdrawal.

Im afraid that Catherine Zeta-Jones covers Allure, so we just have InStyle! And I don't have much hope :/

kind of depressing that the girl who went from being woody allen's muse, having over two productions per year, and overall being hollywood's 'it girl' to basically one movie coming up (iron man 2), no covers, no photos..nothing :(

^I completely agree with you. WHat happened? DId her MOm/Manger really screw things up for her in Hollywood. I heard she was pretty bad. BUt she was really good on Broadway I cannot believe that she is not offered more work.

^ I LOVE the idea that she's not over exposed. It makes her very intriguing. Though, I don't think a cover would go against that.

i would like to see more candids and official red carpet looks of her because i like her fashion sense (well i really liked it until she got married because that's around the time she stopped becoming that edgy imo) but still...

on the other hand i don't need that many articles, photo shoots, brand endorsments of hers because to be honest i got pretty tired in 2008/2009 seing her just about everywhere - doing L'oreal, moet, mango, reebock, calvin klein and what not...she unfortunately seemed to me like a sell-out a bit

I agree, there was one period where she started to make really awful films and she was on a lot of magazine covers, so I'm glad that she is a lot less exposed now.

...but I wanted at least one cover! As much as I love Gwyneth, Scarlett clearly has the better role. If she pulls it off, it could be her best performance in years.

what did you hear about her mom-manager being pretty bad? never heard of it! that sounds interesting! give us the gossip!

I hope we will see her on the red carpet for Iron Man 2 - but I'm sure we will because her black widow posters seem to be really doing well with the boys at the moment! :) and although I think that Iron Man 2 basically is already a 100%-hit still they will want to have that 'sex factor!'-bombshell! though in reality it seems that she does try to get away a bit from that image at least the way she dressed lately for red carpet gave me that impression. on the other hand all the photoshoots still try to put her in that sex-kitten corner! we'll see !

yeah, to be honest, a cover wouldn't hurt. i do agree about being overexposed, the overexposed girl of the moment is megan fox, and she doesn't have the acting chops to be the it girl forever..unfortunately, and i'm a megan fan :innocent: but yeah, I DO agree with whoever mentioned the marriage thing, it seems that as soon as she got married she definitely went down in terms of exposure and fashion, etc.

looks like amber heard may be a little jealous of scarlett..lol :p:lol:

Amber Heard may have sparked a war of words with Scarlett Johansson after insisting she beat the sexy star to a coveted role in the new film "The Rum Diary" because she deserved it more.

The "Pineapple Express" beauty landed the role of Johnny Depp's fiancee in the big screen adaptation of late author Hunter S. Thompson's book - and claims she "deserved" the part.

Heard insists she had a closer connection to Thompson's work than her rivals, who also included Depp's "Pirates of the Caribbean" co-star Keira Knightly.

She tells Britain's Live magazine, "I was far more deserving of my part in 'The Rum Diary' than Scarlett Johansson. She's a good actress and I respect her, but I deserved to get the role instead of her.

"If I was going to lose to anyone, she would be a good person to lose to. But the part of Chenault called for an actress, not a famous person. I worked very hard to get the role - I auditioned and wrote a letter to the producers and a director about my connection to the part.

There were a lot of stories that the Momager was really pushy and hurt Scarlett's reputation with her behaviour. Sofia Coppola supposedly really clashed with her on the set of Lost...

I believe she has since moved on from her Momager.

has anyone of you seen these Mango clothes irl?
I really like the lace dress and wondering if it's as beautiful as on the pic?

I really like Heard, she shows a lot of potential even in the crappiest film, but I don't see how anybody can't be an both an 'actress' and a 'famous person', unless she was implying that Johnasson is only successful because of her looks and not because of her acting skills.
