she looks hot, but wow i hadn't seen that little black dress, in which she just shines - perfect with those gray shoes too.

She looks hot but I actually prefer when she doesn't look hot. It's such a predictable look from her. I feel like everyone wanted HER to come in THAT dress with THAT hair and THAT necklace. It's a strong look but almost too strong, almost aggressive in its hotness.

Aggressive is such a good description for her Oscars look. And I actually HATE it. It feels so heavy, dated, banal and kind of ugly. That color, that heavy neck thing, the hair. None of this worked for me. One of the worst Scarjo looks ever.

I really liked it! I feel like, with the short hair, she can play up the sexy route without coming across as try hard. The short hair gives it an edge, relaxes it a bit. Compared to, say, when she has long blonde curls, I find that a bit in your face. I prefer her taking the classic route when she can do old hollywood curls etc...
