That is so true, even if the storyline sucks,i am going to see it for the fashion. To me, Patricia pretty much made the show since fashion was one of SATC's biggest hooks
Don't get me wrong, I love PMK and all the story lines but we all love watching SATC for the clothes too

(source: http://www.sofeminine.co.uk/w/star/n281410/news/SJP-on-Sex-and-the-City-film.html)Sarah Jessica Parker can't wait to start shooting the 'Sex and the City' film.
The actress - who played newspaper columnist Carrie Bradshaw in the hit US TV series - has been keen to take the series to the big screen since the show ended in 2004.
She told Elle magazine: "I am hopeful. I believe this time it's going to happen. I really wanted it to happen a few years ago and it was a bitter pill to swallow that it didn't."
She claims that while she and two of the show's other main stars, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, had agreed to the film, the programme's fourth star, Kim Cattrall, was initially reluctant.
She added: "You have to respect people's decisions. And one of us didn't want to do it at the time, meaning Kim Cattrall, for reasons that I didn't ask. It's not for me to talk anybody into anything ever - creatively, financially or whatever."
However, Kim - who played maneater Samantha Jones - had a change of heart and filming is now expected to start this September.
Meanwhile, Sarah says she and husband Matthew Broderick avoid appearing on the red carpet together. Sarah - who has a four-year-old son, James, with Matthew - explained:"That's where the reporters get you. Suddenly it becomes, 'Oh, when are you guys going to have another baby?'"

Word is the deal finally got done over the Fourth of July holiday after feuding stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall decided to bury the hatchet. Cattrall, who played the purring PR lady, Samantha, was reportedly dragging her stillettos after learning Parker, who is also co-executive producer of the flick, would get a heftier paycheck.
Now, Kim reportedly is happy with the contract she hashed out with HBO and New Line Cinema that allows her to have more input on the scenes, a bigger payday and a series production deal with HBO.
“I’m hoping that we’ll be hitting the street soon in our high heels,” Cattrall recently told Us Weekly.
Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon have also signed on to reprise their roles as Charlotte and Miranda. However, it’s unclear if their TV hubbies, Evan Handler and David Eigenberg, will appear in the flick.
The “Sex and the City” screenplay was written by longtime executive producer Michael Patrick King, who will also direct.
King will also produce the film along with Parker, John Melfi, and Darren Star. Star created the series based on Candace Bushnell’s autobiographical columns about dating in the Big Apple.
New Line is still negotiating with “Sex and the City” supporting players, including Chris “Mr. Big” Noth, who was last seen whisking Carrie back from Paris; Jason Lewis, Samantha’s boytoy and Absolut Hunk; and Charlotte’s wedding planner pal Anthony, played by Stoneham funnyman Mario Cantone.
The studio expects to close deals with the guys in the next few months.

Sex And The City fans should rejoice - Mr Big is coming to a cinema screen near you.
Chris Noth, who played Carrie's elusive love, will feature in the movie version of the hit girly show.
The film's writer/director Michael King said that Carrie will be reunited with her one and only in the movie.
He said: "I am happy to report that Mr Big is alive and well and living in New York City!"
Michael's comment comes after speculation that the cinematic version of the show would not feature Carrie's wedding but Big's death.
Sex And The City fans wouldn't have allowed it!
The film is set to start shooting this fall in NYC for a 2008 release.
