You really can't go wrong with Opium. You can wear the EDT in the day and EDP in the evening. Spicy in the summer and warm in the winter......it's one of the greats. And I love the enro shape of the bottle. As a Japanophile I just fell in love at first sight

Oud Wood, Amber Absolute, Tobacco Vanille, Noir de Noir, Black Violet, Japan Noir are too precious and sexy at the same time.

And then there is the infamous Tuscan Leather - which smells like cocaine.

These are literally the most beautiful scents I've ever inhaled, almost puts Frederic Malle and Serge Lutens to shame! I am so obsessed with these.

I've only tested Black Orchid so far and it was underwhelming. At first it was very similar to "Angel" and then the drydown reminded me of how the insides of a ferry boat smell like.

I adore all Dior scents though.

I've been trying to find a clip of a TV show called Green Wing where one of the characters tells of his love of Poison on a woman,and how he followed the scent all over Switzerland to find her,only to find her dead with the bottle in her hand

I'm awful at recognising or knowing which perfume is which when I can smell it on someone Maybe when I like a smell I should just ask the person what it is

^I can't count the number of times where I've wished I had outright complimented a stranger on their choice of perfume.. just so I could try it on myself..
but body chemistry is unfortunately individual.. so what smells good one someone else might not necessarily smell good on oneself..
But it sure beats trying out a bunch of perfumes at the department store and completely loosing your ability to differenciate between them after the 4th scent..
