Buyers/Visual Merchandisers?

Hi!

I've searched the forums for topics, threads, etc, but i couldn't find exactly what i was looking for....please direct me to the right thread if i'm just blind, but...
I'm a buyer/merchandiser for a small, mid-range boutique, and i just want to know if:
1. there is anyone else on here who does what i do, and maybe we can share some tips regarding merchandising, sales, promoting your shop....
2. are there any threads where people post pictures of store windows around the world? (i know there are plenty on WGSN, for example, but since leaving my design job, i no longer have access to such an extravagant-and at the time free-website!)
so let me know, introduce yourself, or just point me to the right forum, haha.
