Skincare products you recommend

any recommendations for tinted moisturizer. i don't need too much coverage, but that said need an oil-free version because i have very oily skin and tend to break out if anything is too moisture rich or scented.

Does anyone know a really good skin care produkt that makes your skin really shine??? It seems I have tried and bought everything, but nothing works.

Shine in what sense? Really moisturised or illuminated with a product?

illuminated with a product.
I dont want it to look like my skin is oily or something, I want it to look like porcelain. Not oily just very shiny- Do I make any sence???

Yeah don't worry, you make sense!
I like Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheers, they come in a wide range of colours, so you can pick one that's near to your skintone. They have one in 0 which, when applied with a foundation brush, gives a really lovely soft shimmer to your skin. It's not too much, and you can always add highlights to your cheekbones etc.

I don't know if you've seen this thread, but lots of people have put down their recommendations for products that illuminate your skin.

There's also one for skincare, and how to get the same results without products:

Hope this helps! ^_^

Wow! thank you soo much sweetie:heart:

Right now i'm just loving Origins! I have Perfect World Skin Guardian (which makes my skin soft and smooth), Plantidote Mega-Mushroom cream moisturiser (which just may be the best moisturiser in the world ^_^ ), and Modern Friction microdermabrasion (amazing- you can actually *see* the results straight away- smooth, glowing, radiant skin).

My skin is looking the best its ever been- i dont think i've had such good skin since i was maybe 10 years old!

The only prob is that they are quite expensive products, but i'm lucky that the girl at the Origins counter is a real sweetie and she gave me a ton of samples.

i swear by:
- noxzema
- ponds cold cream
- dove soap
- baby oil
- johnson's baby shampoo
- epsom salts

WinterinJuly, I'm curious, how do you use the epsom salt? Is it for your face?

im only 15 ive noticed im getting major fine lines up my forehead..i dont know what to do..i mean im afraid if i use too strong anti aging creams when i get older others mite not help (like drug) so..im scared and im only 15..im planing to take anti oxidant powder.. also under my eye i have pretty deep wrinkles i dont know whats with me ( i had cataract surgery in summer) i wasnt born with cataract it just emerged i feel like i mite be an old women actually.
i really want to take the fine lines away any reccommedantions?

^Yeah, don't use 'anti wrinkle' products, because they thin the skin, and yours is so young, it really won't help in the long run.
I think it would be worth trying something like a Vitamin C product? Or if you can, see a dermatologist :flower:

MD Forte II Glycolic Facial Cleanser
MD Forte II Glycolic Facial Lotion

This makes your skin soft, smooth, acne-free and gets rid of old red marks. Holy grail stuff! It works very well with Kinerase Lotion, as well.

miu_miu: oh scrap i did use this lancome anti cream thinger i got from lancome its a sample i started in october...does it really thin our ur skin? i thot its suppose to erase fine lines..why does it thin it out ?? =S should i stop it now? owieee thanks for givine me a heads up tho!

^This is just what I've read on various threads here at TFS....but for sure I would think that anti-wrinkle is no good for young skin...

Cleanser: Avene's gentle cleanser- it's super gentle, smells fairly neutral and leaves your face clean

to remove make-up: Neutrogena's gentle cleanser- cheap, and works!

To mosturize: Cream de la mer (I just use it around the eys though normally, becasue its a tad too rich. But its divine for when I'm in hte plane or insomewhere where its winter)

Lips: Strawberry-flavoured chapstick- It smells good, is cheap, does its job AND it comes with sunscreen

Sunscreen: lancome's sunscreen spf 50
