Skinny

yeah...i used to be unhappy with my slim frame because no matter how much I ate or worked out, I couldn't bulk up...and for this reason it's hard to find a suit jacket that fits me. But this look grew on me and now I feel a lot more confident wearing ultra slim clothes, I think it looks cool in a mysterious sort of way.

you're asian...right?...i think this look would be particularly popular in asia because asian men generally have a slim frame... :flower:

my ex was korean and he was tiny... :P

thanks for the article soft! I like that Viridi-anne look a lot...that picture is quite representative of my style.

BTW does anyone know where I can find pictures of the Number (N)ine s/s 05 collection?

I think we have it here on tFS in Designers and Collections, but I'm not too sure. For some weird reason it's not on their website.

I'm only 5'8". How tall are you, Wyatt?

Damn.. why the hell are you guys so tall too... I am only 5'10, gosh I wish I am at least 6'

Well... another curse for me also is I 'look' skinny, but I feel so fat @155lb(no i am not anorexia.. hmm.. that's how you spell it right?!), but then I fit into a size 46-48 in pants just fine.

I do have to give credo to Hedi for making slim guys look awesome. No matter how hard I try, it is so damn hard for me to build up muscles.

yeah it doesnt seem new but i like it. ive always been a fan of long lean lines. i want to look like a tim burton character

sometimes i dress like this but i always end up feeling stupid when im wearing it.

like if i wear really skinny pants i just feel like a woman or something
and i stand out too obviously if im the tallest thinnest person in the street, i dont like it so much

LOL, I know. Same here. I always feel like I'm the skinniest person walking down the street, but when I wear the skinny stuff, I feel even worse. Ugh.

I'm 6"(184cm) weighing in at about 135-140(61-64kg) depending on state of mind, time of day etc. I definately love that dressing skinny is becoming more tolerable among guys and even common here in Sweden. Sure, I tend to stick out, sometimes, when walking down a street but I don't see that as a bad thing ^^

Now if only we got some high boots to tuck our jeans into...

Bumping this thread to bring it back to the present time. This way the server switching error will be undone.

i really like this look. im 6' and 155 pounds, 28" waist, and its always been hard for me to find clothes that fit. growing up in skateboarding in the 90s didnt help either, and until i started seeing this a little i would just wear the normal baggy pants and tees, and look like i was wearing a tent. now, tho i still cant find things that fit, that i can afford, it gives me inspiration twords my look. now all i need is a thrift store and sewing machine.

I am often compared to Kate Moss body wise (I'm about an inch taller if you think she is 5'6/5'6.5), but I somehow always feel mammoth when I wear skinny pants...

this thread isn't about how much a person weighs...
it is about the cut of particular men's wear...

talk about weight is only ok in the weight thread...
*please keep this in mind...
thanks...

there is plenty of skinny clothing available with a reasonable price.. my bf was the same, he was a rollerblader in the 90s and now he is wearing dior homme style tight *** jeans.. i love it! hehe..he is really skinny too but he manages to e.g. find really good tapered jeans (girls jeans) and slim shirts with a good price.. you just have to look hard...but its possible to get the similar looks as on runway

good luck!
