Then she started dancing and trying to get his attention. Paris went to great lengths trying to get Stavros’ date kicked out, begging club security to get rid of the girl. Hilton’s rep denies her client hit anyone but acknowledged she was at those clubs.
Whatever she did, Paris got her way! She and Niarchos were seen making out late Thursday night.

What exactly does Stavros do? I know he graduated from USC. What was his major? Does he have a job aside from being an heir and screwing Paris?

He graduated with honors in Film Studies at USC. Yeah, he may have dated "trash" in the form of Mary-Kate, Paris, or Lindsay, (and Caroline Winberg at one point...), but he's actually famous for his Pro-kiteboaring and I don't think that should be forgotten because of the company that he chooses to associate with.
