Subscription Help

Please help!

Where can I buy single issues of the magazines (online) in the US and I want them to be sent in the US address not internationally. Please don't tell me that it's eBay or Amazon, there should be other...

^ MissMagAddict it's impossible to say how much I love you at the given moment. HUGE, HUGE, HUGE thanks. :buzz:

Do you happen to know site in the US again but where can I buy back issues... Is it there anything...?

Does anybody in Canada have any experience subscribing through http://www.expressmag.com/en-CA/ (or even in the US because it has a US site...). I'm considering getting a Vogue Paris subscription through there, but I just want to hear about other experiences through the site.

Does anyone ever bought an issue of i-D magazine from their own site, i-donline.com?
Are you satisfied with the service? Any reply would be appreciated.

Does anyone here subscribe to Interview? I get them sent to my college address- or at least they're supposed to be coming. I ordered around the beginning of September I'd say, and even though they said it would take 6-8 weeks for my first issue, I did receive the September issue towards the end of the month/beginning of October. Haven't gotten anything since. Is this normal? When should I start contacting people?

Hi Tarsha, I've ordered i-D from their website a few times and it always came very quickly and in perfect condition.

^ Thank you. Ordered Pre-Fall issue yesterday, if it arrives in a good condition I'm going to order Fall & Winter issues.

Like Siennalicious, the two times I've ordered from their site I have received excellent service. It took a bit of time for the magazines to reach me (as I live on the West Coast of the U.S.) but they came packaged very well and the issues were perfect.

Unfortunately, Interview's subscription service cannot be described as a success story. I've been subscribed to Interview since the summer of '08 and their subscription service is terrible. There's a significant lag in issue delivery and by the time I receive one issue the next one will have already been out on newsstands for weeks. I have also not received two issues in the entire time I've been subscribed to them. I think you should contact them though, maybe with enough calls and emails fielded to them they'll get it together. I type this as I wait for my November issue.

^ Thank you so much :flower: I think I'll just deal until the subscription runs out; it's better than paying that insane newsstand price. I definitely won't be renewing though- I'll just check out scans online.

I need an honest opinion- which magazine is better consistently, in any of your opinions, and worth the subscription: Elle, Harper's Bazaar, or Allure?

You didnt ask me but,

I'd say in this order.
Harper's Bazaar, Elle then Allure. Allure isnt that great for editorials - but if you love beauty and make-up its quite nice and informative. Lots of close-ups of backstage make-up.

Harper's Bazaar is just more bang for your buck in terms of quality of the editorials and articles. I really really love Elle but almost everyone prefers HB over it.

Can you only order 3 magazines from i-D at once? I want to order 4 issues and every time I add the 4th one it removes one I already had in the cart.

Hey guys!

Does anyone know much about the best approach for dealing with dipresse.com? Despite all the negative feedback on here, I tried ordering a couple of back issues of Numéro but it's been about four months and I've seen nothing from them. I've emailed them several times and only got one reply, which was asking for the address to send the magazines to (which seems stupid, since the address should be listed with the order number I quoted).

Yeah... not really sure what to do here, but if anyone has had luck dealing with them, I'd love to know how!

I have a question for US Vogue subscribers. When does the magazine arrive at your home--before it hits the newstands or afterwards? And when during the month does it arrive?

I ask because site and when I'm getting issues aren't syncing up. According to the site, I've received the June, July and Aug issues, when in reality I've received the May, June and July issues. Also, my June arrived mid-June, my July just a few days ago. But according the websites subscribers are supposed to gets the issues a week before the new month starts (June issue, last week of May; July issue, last week of June).

I sent a query to customer service, but rather than answer my question, they just extended my subscription by another month (not that I'm complaining: I went out and bought the July issue because I thought it was lost/damaged in the mail....so I was shocked when I got the issue a few days ago).

Anyway, if you could enlighten me, I'd be very appreciative.

Does anyone know how I can subscribe to Numéro Tokyo internationally?

I always get the issue in the mail after it's been on the newsstand for some time (usually 2 weeks), which really defeats the purpose of a subscription for me. I actually went out to purchase my own copy of the July 2011 issue because I hadn't received it only to find it had already been replaced on newsstands by the August issue. The July issue arrived in my mailbox the following week.

I was gifted a subscription to US Vogue in July 2010 and didn't receive my first copy until the January 2011 issue. I e-mailed (several times unsuccessfully) and was told that my subscription would be for the full year starting January 2011. However, in July I received a letter indicating that my subscription was up and that I should sign up again, despite the fact that I had only received 6 issues.

Suffice it to say, I am not pleased with their service. At all.
