I'm about 170 cm, I think. (Which is taller than the average for women in my country)How much is that in inches (or feet or whatever you all use)?

I have a cousin who is 181cm tall , and she is skinny...the other day i was chatting with her ...and i asked her how tall would her hubby be if she is 181 cm...she said at least 10 cm taller than me because i love wearing heels...Trust me it gets scary when she wears heels...I feel like i need a ladder to reach up to her! lol

I want to be taller, I'd love to be 5'8 or 5'9, ( I'm 5'5 now ). I'm the tallest out of my group of friends though, and I've grown a bit lately, so maybe I'm having a late growth spurt!

I'm 5'8"-5'9" (1.73-1.75) and where I live that's pretty average, last year the average in my class for girls was around 5'8". Seriously. But among my (girl) friends I'm always 2-4 inches taller.
I've been slightly obsessed with my height for a while, I'll confess I desperately wanted to grow taller (I was a little shorter than 5'8" then), that's what happens when you see all those models strutting their stuff on catwalks all the time. I still want to be 5'10", 1.77 to be exact, because I feel the number suits me And ofcourse because that means you'll have long legs, yesss. All I can do is eat right (enough that means ), wait and have luck

i'm 5'7" and wish i was taller.
there's kind of a trend going on. those who are on the short-ish side don't mind being short. but those of us that are on the fringe (5'5"-5'8" or so) are more prone to wanting to be taller, not shorter. for the most part anyway, there are always exxceptions.

5'5 and would like to be a bit shorter. I have always found petite bodies to be more attractive...plus I have sort of a babyface...so I think it would suit me to be closer to 5'2.

I like being 5'6. My boyfriends tend to be very tall so I can wear heels without a problem and still be petite compared to them.

Its more my body proportions that I complain about...long torso makes it hard to find shirts that don't show midriff...I always have to layer and well...who wants piles of clothes on during a california summer? Lately though with the trend on long tees about it made it easier for me to get shirts.

I wonder...are you me but from somewhere else? i have been OBSESSED same as you. I am taller out of my friends and I'm only 5'6" i'm not sure what the average is in australia...

Haha, perlefine & acester! I was the same too, I wanted to be 5'10"/5'11" soo bad before. I actually thought it would be cool to see eye to eye with my brother without any heels. I'm around 5'8" and asian so I kinda tower over most of my friends who are like 5'3" .. whenever they complain about their height I used to feel a bit guilty , but I like my height now

I try to imagine short celebrities being tall and tall celebrities being short and seeing them if they look good in my imaginary heightB) …In my mind of images..I thought that the tall one being short was ok, but the short ones being tall was not ok…

I'm 5'5 and hate it! My mom's 5'8 and I always thought I'd end up being that tall, but sadly not the case. I'm always in heels cause my legs look SO long. I even go to the supermarket in heels
But I'm quite proportioned so I can't complain.

Unless you want to be a runway model, I don't think height matters. If a girl's attractive, she's attractive, short or tall.
