I never really understood the problem with that particular editorial with Coco, in all honesty. I'm no Terry fan and I do have and can see problems with other specific editorials he has done, but I really don't "get" what was so bad about the subject matter of that particular one (although I don't like it because I generally don't care for Coco as a model at all). I think she said it made her look satanic or something though?

Thanks, personally I don't see anything wrong with that editorial but Coco's always came off as a bit of a prude compared to other models, so I'm not really that surprised.

This is Coco's comment from the article linked above:

She has said “no” to more things than most of her peers have said “yes” to, from Dancing With the Stars (“not a good career move, probably”) to shooting with Terry Richardson (“I’ve shot with him, but I didn’t feel comfortable and I won’t do it again”).

My interpretation was that she was personally put off by Terry and that it was not necessarily the nature of the ed. Has she commented before that she had problem with the subject matter? I wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't crazy about the subject matter but that could have just as much been the brainchild of the fashion editor, Carine Roitfeld and as far as I know she has not publicly stated that she will not work with Carine again.

I also took it as she wasn't comfortable with Terry as opposed to the eds. I would think most models would feel okay shouting just about anything if they trust and are comfortable with the photographer?

I cannot believe that after Sex and the City women have not yet learned that acting like a wh*re is "okay".
