My skin is at the moment a lot lot better. Go benzoyl peroxide & minocycline!
Hey guys,
I know how your all feeling because my skin has been really awful in the past. I feel like I've finally found a routine that works so thought I would share it will you all...
About two months ago I was put on dianette, which has helped tremendously,
at the same time I started using Liz Earle products which are AMAZING. I started off just with the cleanser, toner and moisturiser which are all lovely and smell really great, there also really gentle which is good. Now I have started using something called superskin concentrate (Also by Liz Earle) This is like an oil which you put on at night. Don't be put off by this, because it actually regulates the oiliness of your skin. It helps so much for drying out spots and really seems to be soothing the redness and scars.
I would highly recommend the Liz Earle range to any of you!
Good luck x![]()

I've been on dianette for two whole weeks now....and its made my skin sooo much worse....which I didnt really think was possible...
I want to come off it, but everyone's telling me to be patient....I dnt know wat to do.......I should get a letter any day now for my appointment with the specialist....and then hopefully Roacutane!!
I hope someone can help me out. Lately whenever I break out it's always on one cheek at a time. For instance, for a couple months I pretty much only broke out on my left cheek and then a month or so later I would only break out on my right cheek and now I'm breaking out on my left cheek again. While I'm breaking out on one cheek I pretty much never have a pimple on the opposite cheek.
Does anyone know why my skin is doing this? I've thought it could be how I sleep but I always try to sleep face up and I don't think I would unconsciously prefer sleeping on one side for months at a time.

I'm having the same problem as we speak, lots of little pimples all over one cheek which isn't like me at all. I don't know why this is but I can look into it![]()
Ugh, it's so annoying isn't it? I looked up a little on it and read that it could be caused by your phone pressing up against your face. Maybe that could be your problem? Unfortunately I always press my phone against my left cheek so that couldn't really explain my problem.
I have an appointment with the doctors to discuss my skin and current anti-biotics as I went last week (for psoriasis,I have been cursed with bad skin) and he said to me that he could see they wernt working so great, just what someone wants to hear lol
