Does anyone else feel like Caroline Winberg voice sounds like she has a cold ?

I think that Chloe Jasmine Whichello has amazing on-screen presence (though a little theatrical) but then hey ... am sure that a lot of supermodels are like divas anyway. I quite liked the fact that she is vibrant, lively and humorous. Shame to see her go because she didn't "listen to instructions" according to the mentors.

Does anyone else feel like Caroline Winberg voice sounds like she has a cold ?

This might sound really bad and generalizing but in Sweden there is a certain accent that is quite nasal, and kind of breathy, if you listen to interviews or watch movies in Swedish it's pretty obvious. I have a Swedish friend at school and her English is exactly like Caroline's just a different voice.

i think naomi needs to rethink her mentoring philosophy. she said she wants to put "the fear of god" in her girls. but fear certainly won't help them look relaxed and at ease when they're in front of the camera or on the runway.

meanwhile, caroline is laughing with and being gentle to her girls and winning every week.

Well someone has got to beat that attitude Racquel has out of her. I honestly can't even view her objectively because I'm too busy focused on how big of an antagonist she is.

That being said, I was just starting to grow on Chloe (who I found incredibly annoying at first) and then she got kicked off! I think Caroline made the wrong choice. Once Chloe learned to tone it down she would have been fine, but you can't teach someone to be confident and self-assured like she thinks they can do with Nina.

I've learnt to watch reality tv with a grain of salt as we say. Racquel's antagonism may just be a result of editing and differences in culture. I will say though as a Jamaican myself, for me she provides the hilarity and the best soundbites.

Re: Chloe I too liked her as I found her personlity a little bewitching. Someone pointed earlier out that most of these girls were scouted from agancies and I am inclined to to agree as I found some photos of her on Facebook page today. There was no variety in her posing and all her pics looking the same: fingers in the mouth, the tilted head, the pursed lips, which meant that she's stuck in her modelling 101 ways. So maybe Caroline used that in making her decision as well.

Chloe-Jasmine is definitely telegenic so maybe she could try being be an actress.

Often with reality shows each of the participants is there to play a specific role. My guess is that the producers saw that Racquel had catty tendencies and have thus far encouraged her to play the role of the catty b*tch on camera. At least that's what I'm hoping. It's just hard for me to believe that someone could be that nasty and unlikeable without any prodding.

Chloe grew on me as well. She seemed a bit fake and over the top at first, but as more layers were revealed, there was a genuine sweetness about her that I'll miss.

So there is going to be The Face Australia. Naomi is arriving this Saturday to start filming. The other coaches are reportedly going to be Nicole Trunfio (good choice) and Cheyenne Tozzi (random choice).

Should be interesting.

Trunfio is a good choice but I have never heard of Tozzi. Maybe Miranda can be a coach at some point if the Aussie version makes it past season 1?

Just watched the last two episodes and I'm so happy for Caroline to be winning. I love her attitude in all of this. Erin has also grown on me, she's a spectacular mentor. I'm glad Chloe went home (I found her attetion seeking a bit over the top), but I also think it's because Nina is less of a threat to othes, she seems to not have any confidence at all. My favorite is Nadine, I hope she wins.

When they said they cast Caroline, I was against it.
I always though she was pretty bland and paid no interest to her.
But in this show, she gives me life! what a woman!
Love this cast.

I felt like Chloe Jasmine is a sweet girl but the way she is on this show just rubbed me the wrong way its as if she put an 'affectation' in her voice she just sounded so pretentious all the time. And then the jokes she would try to make it was like a sketch gone wrong like she watched old Hollywood movies and mimicked the actors but its a totally different era now.
I see a sweetness in her but then I see this desperation to be something else.
I don't mind that she's gone this type of competition is not a fit for her. Wish her well in a musical career.
