I've been working on another list. This time, the scoring should be okay. I changed it so that runway is much less heavy. Campaigns are worth the most, then covers/editorials, then runway as the least.

Thanks for the list! I'm also curious to know how Lais Ribeiro and Hilary Rhoda are ranked so high and Kate Moss so low, considering she has already had a gazillion covers and campaigns this year?

Karlie being #1 and Saskia 2nd makes complete sense to me considering the amount of quality work they've had in the last few months

runway is really not important IMO sonce most model walking the shows are not stablished n are just runway models.
most icons/top models really dont do a lot of shows. n some times they even do editorials/shoots instead of runway.
like this season Joan didnt walk chanel because she was shooting something.last season Karlie didnt do MilanFW because she was shooting Vogue/VS. Constance was also shooting EL and many stalished models dont to runway specially now that u have soo many not-so-stablish models walking the shows.

Runway a bigger factor in the last list but if the exposure doesnt translate to campaigns and editorials and establishing relationships with photographers its kind of fruitless?

Runway was a bigger factor in the last list because honestly I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't have enough fashion knowledge. That's why so much weight was given to runway. I didnt understand that runway is less important to a models career than campaigns, editorials, and covers. Now, 2 years later, I have much more knowledge of the industry and am able to make such a list with accuracy and objectivity.

Runway IS important. It's foolish to deny that honestly. Ofcourse the supers/icons don't walk anymore because they've already established a relationship with designers/casting directors/stylist. However, the current generation of models needs runway to stay in touch with them. We can all see that when a model stops doing runway (or doing less shows) like Arizona, Kendra, Edita etc it affects their bookings too. Even models like Karlie and Joan need runway shows.

I agree though, that runway shouldn't be a great factor regarding the lists in this thread. That's why I think littlekiki's list is awesome!
