I have looked through so many posts in this thread and haven't seen answers about electric shavers....

are electric shavers - like the ones guys use - ok to use down there? it would seem like it's pretty quick and simple....

I posted a big one about electric shavers.. I have a bikini trimmer that I got with a leg shaver.. It comes with 5 settings for length I just set mine at 1 and it gives a really good close shave and much better then going wild with a razor around your delicates lol .. If you're not keen on waxing and have been using a razor an electric bikini shaver is really good! I just got mine from a shaver shop so im sure you'd have stores near you that specialise in that

mine doesnt because i maintain it.. it depends on everyone because when i have used a razor it has itched like crazy where as the trimmer hasnt.. you never know till you try and my bikini trimmer was free lol

I've tried shaving before and it was helluva itchy when it was growing back. I want to try waxing but is there a way to avoid chicken skin? I've heard endlessly about waxing but the chicken skin and growing back is UGH.

I use depilatory creams on my underarms & legs. Do they have a formula made for the sensitive areas too that would be SO SO SO convenient? And...has anyone heard of SUGARING?

Like I said, I shave, but it's been brutal to my skin. No matter how long I soak in the tub, no matter what I do. They also say go with the hair, not against it. But if you go with it, you don't get as close of a shave.

Yep i agre with that.
If i go against the hair you get the "plucked chicken look" - as i like to call it!
Ive never waxed, im too scared. I did used to use Veet - hair removal cream but it dosent do aswell as shaving, but then shaving isnt that smooth neither.
It bugs me , lol

I get it professionally waxed into a small little triangle (I'd never be able to do it myself ) and when I'm too lazy to go I just trim.

like the skin of a chicken! Have you ever seen skin on a chicken breast or thigh? It's kind of got little bumps on it. Waxing can do that to you, but it doesn't last more than like 6 hours. In the end, it really depends on how sensitive your skin is. I tried sugaring once - worst mistake ever. To be fair, I think it might have been the woman's technique but it hurt as much going on as it did coming off.

I never noticed that chicken breast/thigh had bumpy skin
it always looked.. weird but i didnt notice it was bumpy

I pluck it into a small triangle and keep that trimmed. I tried shaving once but ugh.. it was terrible. slightly itchy, and also I think exposed cameltoe isn't that attractive.. it looks better covered up with hair, LOL. am i the only one who thinks so?!

not at all. i think it's sexy, kind of.. animal? take a look at schiele, you'll never wax again. not that i don't keep things neat..

Brazilian Wax gone WRONG ahhhhh help help

So I got a Brazilian wax just 2 days ago because my friend talked me into it. It was my first time and it was 50 dollars. The next day I saw some major swelling and the day after which is TODAY I am completely broken out in little red bumps and white heads (PIMPLES) in which you can pop and puss comes out. Its HORRRRIFYING> I have no idea what went wrong. I will never get a brazilian wax again in my life. This is the worst ever. I dont even know if this is common. our other friend went for her first time and hers is perfectly fine! I am super depressed and in pain. Very bad Pain. I can even show you gals pics if you want but I dont want to get kicked off. I will just show you the top part and how bad it looks if i can. What should i do? People say if i put creams on it , it might break out even worse then it already is.. Someone just shoot me. please
