Mignonne: Anything you purchase on iOffer is most definitely going to be FAKE. Also, for this last one you posted, you cannot buy a $2000 bag for $173 - EVER! These are all fake websites. You will only find better-priced authentic bags for sale that have been pre-loved or as I like to call 'em - USED! at websites like fashionphile.com or luxury.malleries.com

No, I don;t think so.. One site I found suggested it may be Valentino, but I can't find evidence of that in any photos of Valentino collections. Besides, I don't really think the bag quite fits with Valentino's feminine aesthetic.
